If they are capsules, they are designed to release slowly in her body. The wet, gelatin shields are now damaged and may affect the way the medication is disbursed in her stomach.

If you can't have the pharmacy replaced them, or have the dentist call for more to be filled, I would let them all dry out on the kitchen counter -- thoroughly -- and then take them as prescribed.
