Return to Oz is probably scarier if you watch it for the first time, when you're 4. Then again, that's the same age I watched Mr. Boogedy and the four hour version of Alice In Wonderland, so that might have contributed to the trauma.

Yeah, I think Neverending Story was the one where the main actor committed suicide. I'll have to check Wikipedia, since I believe I did hear about it somewhere at some point.

Edit: Just checked, and he was only in the second movie--so it was the only one I've seen.

Pretty much the entirety of both movies, according to him. He narrowed it down to Dana being possessed by Zuul (when she's dragged into the kitchen while screaming) in the first one, and Dana's baby being taken by a ghostly Janosh (is that how you spell his name?) in the second movie.
