Dragging Tree Limbs Away
To clean-up after the whole ice storm, the city is finally sending workers from out of town to go to each street and start taking away all the limbs and chop down any remaining trees that need it. They just got to our street, and they have a giant crane for picking up those limbs and putting them into a dump truck.
Looks like they’re at Nellie’s house now (previous workers she hired only cut the limbs that were hanging and dumped them in her ditch) and they're dragging the limbs that were laying in the ditch away.
ETA: Wow. They filled that dump truck to the very brim, and drove off to dump it--there were even giant logs in the middle of all the branches. And there's still a ton of branches in her ditch. They said they need another truck for this situation, but they will return.
