Computer Problem Finally Fixed

For weeks now, my computer has been shutting down and restarting on its own. Whenever it restarted, it always had an error message about win32k.sys. I'm not sure why, or how it was affected. We've apparently finally gotten it fixed, and I thought I would let you know what worked, just in case anyone else is having this problem.

First: Go into Control Panel through the Start menu. Click "System", Advanced Tab, under Performance click the "Settings" button. Under "Visual Effects" click on "Adjust for best performance." It should automatically uncheck a list of things. Don't change anything about that.

Under the Virtual Memory tab, change it from custom size to System Managed Size and click the Set button. Then, restart the computer.

I hope this helps anyone else here.
