I'm not sure, but I think she is a Persian. She was a stray when I found her. She is very loving. When we first found her, whereas most cats would run away from someone they didn't know, she came right up to me to be petted. She loves any attention.
She does meow a lot, except when she's depressed, which is rare.
she doesn't really look Persian, they have very flat faces with snub noses, but I'd give money that she's a birman (or part). Ours is just like her and they're known for being talkers. Go look up Birmans in a cat book and I think you'll be surprised at how similar she is. They are the most beautiful of cats.:-))
I just checked through Google images. She does look a little like a Birman. She's definitely not a Birman Siamese like I found on one page, though. Her meow and her eyes are nothing like a Siamese.

If she would open her eyes for the camera, you would see that they are a very light, sky blue.
