Neighbor's Kids....
The neighbor's kids have apparently gotten hold of firecrackers and fireworks. They are now blowing them up. It sounds like machine guns going off every few minutes, and is incredibly annoying.
They are doing that in their backyard---in the same area as their dog Toby. Poor thing is probably terrified.
And they are throwing the fire crackers at each other...which blow up right over their heads.
