Willow? Maybe not so much when she's evil. I thought she was funny and sweet, but not hot.
What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?
Babs got Inara pregnant? That would be interesting. And Jim Gordon, Batman, and Mal would be furious--and very, very confused.
Can you rec any fic(s) about Nine?
No, since I've never read any Firefly fanfic.
Would Two and Six make a good couple?
Bruce Wayne/Illyana Rasputin? NO! And the second he started to isolate himself from everyone, she would throw him into Limbo for the demons to eat him.
Five/Nine or Five/Ten? Why?
Tim Drake/Mal Reynolds or Tim Drake/Wash. Neither, but I have the feeling Tim would live a little longer with Wash.
What would happen if Seven walked in on Two and Twelve having sex?
Kaylee walks in on Bruce and Barbara having sex? She goes blind from the horror. (Even if it is slightly canon from Batman: TAS.)
Make up a summary for a Three/Ten fic.
Tara/Wash. Cute. Tara gets thrown into the future right before the bullet kills her. She meets Wash, they almost get together, until Zoe gets jealous. And Tara realizes he's married. It doesn't last. (It shouldn't happen, since she doesn't like guys that way.)
Is there any such thing as One/Eight fluff?
Dick Grayson/Inara. I seriously doubt that. *laughs*
Suggest a title for a Seven/Twelve hurt/comfort fic.

What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted Four to deflower One?
Willow deflowers Dick Grayson? Wouldn't happen--unless she turned him into a girl. In that case, mystically induced madness. If she's in Dark Willow mode, fear for the life of the poor guy.

I have no idea. I don't know enough songs to pick one for Inara. Under Your Spell? (seandc probably knew I would say that.)
