This was taken from lizamanynames, and is a gen version of the pairings meme that's been going around my Friends List.

Methos sends Blue Beetle on a mission? Probably something that involves rescuing Booster Gold. Methos would have to have been seriously annoyed by the guy to risk his neck in an attempt to find Ted.
What is or would be 9's favorite book?
Willow's favorite book? The Complete Idiot's Guide To Not Letting The Dark Arts Take Over Your Life. (Probably only real in the Buffyverse.) After season 6, she'll be grateful for it.
Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
It would make more sense for Dick Grayson to swear fealty to Alfred.
For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should 5 share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10?
Doc Brown sharing an apartment with either Willow Rosenberg or Black Canary. It would be safer for him to share the apartment with Willow. If Doc messes up time travel and can't get back, Willow could cast a spell and find him.
And the daily lives of those two would be completely insane...
7, 2 and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Cassandra Cain, Dick Grayson, and Methos have dinner together. They'll probably look for a place that won't have a lot of supervillain or evil Immortal attacks. Somewhere peaceful. They would discuss how hectic and bizarre their lives are--and then a supervillain would crash through the window.
They would spend the next few minutes fighting for their lives, knock out the villain, and resume their discussion as if nothing had happened.
3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
Tim Drake challenges Dinah Lance to a duel? Tim would have to be very drunk for him to be that insane. After laughing about it for an hour, Dinah would head out to the place of the duel.
Tim would be embarrassed, the duel would nearly be cancelled. Dinah would do her Canary Cry to destroy the weapons, and the duel would be called on account of lack of weapons. They would go home, vowing to never speak of this again. But you just know Dick and Babs find out later, and bug them about it for the next year...
If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would 8 get it back?
Bruce Wayne stole Blue Beetle's most precious possession?
Ted would end up begging and pleading for it to be returned. Booster would be used a distraction, and Ted would grab whatever it was and run. Bruce would not be amused--much. It was probably all a test to learn how Ted thinks, so that Bruce can include it in his protocols.

Bruce, Alfred, and Methos are eating at a Chinese restaurant. Odd sight. Alfred would probably remind Bruce of his manners, and Methos would get to eat it.

J'onn and Willow? Well, it depends on whether Willow can use her magic, and J'onn can fly. If so? Willow gets there first.
