From what I've read over on Greatestjournal, it looks like rpg_icons is quitting the icon making business.

And for some reason that I haven't discovered yet, basicbases hasn't allowed requests in a little over a month.

Other than dont_be_so_base, does anyone know of a group where you can request bases?
