Wallpaper Question
For btvs_halloween, I am going to see if I can create a wallpaper. I have a few questions, since I have never created one before.
1. What program should I use to alter the picture into a wallpaper? Would Microsoft Paint work?
2. How do you type words onto a picture? Can that be done with Microsoft Paint, or would I need another program?
ETA: Never mind. After a lot of working with Irfranview, I got it to work. I can't actually post them in my journal until the day they are due--October 31.
