Well, it doesn’t have a limit mentioned, but I limited myself to seven characters.

5. Owen Harper
6. The Doctor--you decide which one.
7. Jack Harkness
And that Meggan PB poll was at a tie as of the last time I checked it, if anyone wants to vote in it.
