Dancing With The Stars News, And More
Just in case the shrunken Doctor and the Donna with pie prompt wins--which, amazingly, is in the lead at the moment--I’m thinking of an appropriate plot. I’m so close to turning the Doctor into a shrunken marionette. Maybe something like Pinocchio, since I dreamed the Doctor got turned into it. That dream might have been inspired in part by shining_moment’s brilliant job of writing Donna and the Doctor into a lot of fairy tales. I can just picture Jack, Martha, and Donna mocking the Doctor while breaking him out, before settling in to help him battle the aliens.
If the Martha as an Immortal prompt (which is currently in a very close second place with 13 votes) wins, there’s likely to be a flashback—as is appropriate—for how Jack met Amanda, added to everything else I’ve mentioned in the prompt in the poll. Hurry along and vote for a prompt before voting closes, if you haven’t already.
In other news, Saturday evening (around 6:30 PM) the local news is going to show a behind the scenes special for what happened during the ice storm. Which means everyone will get to see the reporters that were trapped at the station—or that came from home since it was the only shelter, and wore their pajamas and slept on the floor. Also, things that nobody has seen before, since nobody had power; things that were described over the radio at certain points. Which means that I might get to see our house somewhere under the layers of ice and snow and fallen trees, because I remember someone mentioning over the radio (the first day after the power went out, the local news had a generator and managed to keep everyone informed via radio) a nearby tree that was ready to come down if it was touched.
And some Dancing With The Stars news--apparently, a stalker came to the set looking for Shawn Johnson. He had a gun, and various items needed to kidnap her in his car. He was arrested.
