Did you save me a leg? Damn, I'm just not gonna get any turkey this year, possibly because we don't celebrate, we have Harvest Festival instead but we only get turkey at Christmas. Aren't you fed up of turkey by the time 25th December comes around?

There weren't any legs. Apparently, when Dad took the turkey over to his late mother's house, he decided to go ahead and cook it.

He then took all the bones out, and sliced it. It was very dry when it was reheated this afternoon.

Oh, we don't have turkey on Christmas. The only time is Thanksgiving. (Usually not even then. Sometimes we just have ham.)
