SFX lists the top 25 science fiction shows. Angel, Being Human, Firefly, Torchwood, and Buffy are all listed. As is Doctor Who, at #1. For some reason, they think Buffy was an influence on Xena—if anything, it was the other way around.whedonesque discusses the list here.
