Writer's Block: Forget Me Not
[Error: unknown template qotd]
My earliest memory is probably when I was 6 weeks old. All I remember is that Mom held me, and I was very annoyed because something was taking longer than it should have. According to Mom, we were driving to Memphis to do something--nobody remembers what--and I was a little bit cranky (I never usually cried, but I made a tiny bit of noise for a few minutes) because I was up longer than normal.
I also have a vague memory of the sound of planes, followed by the sound of a screaming tantrum from my sister. Mom says that happened when she was 8 months pregnant with me--everyone was just looking around an airport at planes for no real reason, and my sister had a tantrum. And Mom never mentioned it to me until I asked about it a couple years back, so it's a real memory.
Which means my sister had tantrums so loud they could disturb unborn children. Sounds about right.
