Couple Fannish Items
This may be one of the stranger memes I’ve participated in. In the tradition of that “I’m on a horse” Old Spice commercial, comes a meme. You leave your username, and—according to the rules—“Other people will reply to your comment, either anonymously or non-anonymously, writing to you of your awesomeness in the style of the Old Spice Man.” The meme is here. My comment is here.
And because I used a Tenth Doctor icon, I briefly thought, “Your Time Lord is now diamonds! And a diamond is a white point star…” Mix of amusing and disturbing—all that’s missing is Rassilon in place of the Old Spice Guy.
ETA: Okay, the two replies that were just posted are hysterical. I laughed for at least a few minutes, so thank you.
The Walk Into A Bar Ficathon will be starting up again in a month or so.
