Really Obscure Buffy Question....

Does anyone know what episode of season 2 it was, where Willow wore a purple hat? It looked a little like a stocking hat, or something. I think it was either Surprise or Phases, but I don't know for sure.

It's in Surprise, I believe, when Oz asks her out and suggests that he's her date for Buffy's 17th birthday party.
