Personally, if they were hostile--and for some strange reason I had a bundt cake in the first place--I would fling the cake at them and then make a run for it.
If the aliens were like something out of Independence Day, I would wait for death. Because I highly doubt Randy Quaid would come out of hiding from the so-called "Star Whackers" long enough to save us all with a well-timed crop duster in a poorly shielded patch of spaceship.
If it were the Doctor, with the TARDIS? I would probably have to fight off the Doctor Who fans to even get close to the front door. Never mind getting setting foot on that TARDIS to beg him to take me and my friends list away from all this.
