I was operating under the assumption that you had to have something like 2500 tokens, just to buy a paid account, plus a little more so that you could then purchase extra icons. That’s why I was going to just save the anonymous gift of 600 tokens, because I thought I needed to have far more than that before I could do anything, therefore deciding to save it and add on to that over time. The FAQ wasn’t much help in explaining that properly, or I was looking in the wrong spot. I was going through the gift shop to make sure my assumption was correct, and realized that I was wrong.

End result: 30 icons in the

x_meggan journal for a year, and I didn’t have to delete anything! Which is fantastic, so thank you again Sir or Madam Anonymous. I am thrilled.
