After Switching Friends Lists For A Day...

What I learned from reading [profile] karabair’s friends list, so far:

-Her Friends List is not nearly as long as mine. It takes 2 hours just to get through mine. Hers is much better.
-Her layout is extremely readable.
-We seem to share a couple of the same interests. (Angel and X-Men.)
-Based on what I read in an entry by [personal profile] selenak, the remake of Battlestar Gallactica is apparently good. I’ll have to catch an episode sometime.
-I discovered, and joined, the very interesting group called [profile] whedonesque.
-There are more people than I thought who are completely obsessed with Wesley Wyndham-Pryce. And now I am going to join [profile] winter_of_wes.
-I discovered that Anthony Stewart Head is in a show called Spooks—which is not shown in the U.S., apparently.
-At [profile] alexisdaily there are bloopers from season 4 of Angel posted. (I must have missed that when I read my own Friends List.)

Interesting what we learn from others, huh? I love the whedonesque thing...little tidbits about the actors and show are fun!

Spooks is called MI-5 in the USA.

Spooks had a short life on A&E as MI-5.

I don't belive ASH was on it during that particular season. I didn't actually watch it, so I could be wrong.

Actually, it is shown here on A&E, but under the title MI-5, and is somewhat cut for time or whatever. However, Tony isn't in it. He guest-starred on one episode in Season 1. Season 3 premieres tonight at 10 on A&E. It's a fabulous show which [livejournal.com profile] ljs turned me onto when the first season was on.

Grrr, if this posts multiple times, I apologize. My ISP is being contrary and very slow. I hate dial-up.

Anyway...

If teaching you that is the only thing I accomplish today? it's been a good day. my f-list IS Wes-heavy; Wes-folks is good people. and [livejournal.com profile] winter_of_wes

I'll make a more complete post later, but WOW there is a lot of stuff out there about comic books! I also found some fun HP fics and a page that can guess from your writing whether you are male or female)

Spooks was shown on A&E under the name MI:5. The not-edited-for-US-TV episodes are available on DVD.

I vaguely remember reading that Spooks was shown in the US, but under a different name - MI5 if memory serves.

ASH was only in one episode of Spooks. :D
