Awful News About A Neighbor's Oldest Daughter's Cat...
This is what my neighbor told my mom just a few minutes ago. Last night, around midnight her daughter (she lives on her own--I think she's in her 30's.) was awakened by her black cat. She was led to the chair. She didn't know why the cat did that, so she told it not to ever do that again, and went back to bed.
This morning, she woke up. The cat usually kneads her shoulders every morning before she wakes up. That morning, it didn't. She went into the living room, and saw her cat on the table, with it's arms stretched out toward the chair. Dead. It died of a heart attack. It had wanted her to be with it when it happened, but she couldn't have known that.
How awful.

Maybe it's just as well she wasn't there, though. I mean, awful as it must have been to find the cat, it might have been worse to watch it happen and not be able to do anything for it.

When she found the cat, she screamed and then called my neighbor. The neighbor (who is possibly in her 80's.), came over and buried the cat for her.
