The Icon Meme
Reply to this post with "PORGS!" and I will pick three of your icons for you to talk about in your own journal, and then keep the meme going by making this offer on your post.
misbegotten.

sallymn. This icon was almost the default icon for
hidden_passages, but I decided “It was a dark and stormy story” (also made by
sallymn) fit the tone better. That’s one of my favorites. I had no idea what the image was from, so I went back to the post I saved it from and followed the link to Women Running From Houses. I never could find out which one it was.

Also, feel free to ask about any others of mine, even while I’m getting to yours. Or shout "icon" or "purple prose" if "porgs" is too odd.
And because I wasn’t paying attention at a particular moment and happened to see it twice, I called out “Porgs!” at the same person twice. So here are six as a result, as I answer
This one was made by Roniabirk, and I believe it was one of the first icons I ever uploaded over on Livejournal. It is Numfar, played by Joss Whedon himself, doing the Dance of Joy over in an episode of Angel.
This was made by Day_dream_girl1. It’s merely the Tenth Doctor, admiring Donna. I rarely use this one anymore.
Ah, yes. “Save me from the purple prose!” was made by
And the other three:
“It’s not proper mad science until it wears goggles.” That would be Egon from one of the issues of the Ghostbusters comics. Camwyn made it.
This would be Peter Wingfield as Methos. There was a time when he actually did seem to fit the role of the Doctor, though. Beeej made it. The episode of Highlander: The Series where that originates might be The Modern Prometheus, but I’m not certain.
Betterthanlegos made this one. It’s just Meggan and Nightcrawler from the original Excalibur comic book, having what appears to be either a cup of coffee or a cup of hot chocolate.

I really don't know which episode it could have been, then. I briefly wondered if it was from the series Queen of Swords, but the hair isn't right I realized following a Google search. It feels more like a Highlander icon.

I think I've seen Endgame twice and The Source only once - I can't bring myself to get anywhere near either again. Far too disappointing.

Also I love the mad scienc googles one. Writing stuff down is the difference between experimenting and just screwing around. : )
