It doesn't really surprise me. I once managed to calculate the number of times that O'Neill and Teal'c repeated the day in the episode Window of Opportunity. It involved the numbers of hours in the day. I posted it over at TrekBBS, but the thread has been pruned by now. It would have been good if I had thought to post it in this journal.
ETA: And thanks toseandc, I found my calculations.
They looped twice a day. Nobody could reach SG-1 Command for 3 months. 3 months =90 days.
90 X 2 =180 loops, at the very least. Plus, an extra unaccounted for 4 hours, since they looped every 10 hours.
