Computer Problems

My computer seems to be having a strange problem that just suddenly started today. Every so often, it will freeze, and then go to a blue screen. (Not the Blue Screen of Death--at least, I don't think so.)

Basically, the screen says that there is a problem with some sort of file by the name of ZtxDrv.

Does anyone know what that means? It's usually briefly back to normal after I restart it. It's done this twice so far.

That definitely helps. Looks like the problem is with Zoomtext. (My sister needs that to read anything on the computer.)

I found out the hard way to google anything I didn't recognize running on my computer. Cleaned out a bunch of spyware that way.

My partner works in the computer field and googles everything he doesn't recognize thats' running on a comp. Google is your friend. :)
