There Goes The Sink...

All day long, Dad has been trying to fix the bathroom sink. (There is a smell of sewer every so often--that's the problem.) To fix it, Dad decided to remove all the piping underneath the sink, and drill down into the sewer to plug a hole--or something like that. It doesn't make sense, and he is now covered in grease.

Now that he's replaced it (All by himself--pray nothing bad happens.), he's trying to test the water. Earlier, I heard this shout: "It's going to explode! Turn it off! Turn it off!!!"

*Shakes her head.*

We should have called the plumber. I told him that, Mom told him that, and now a relative who just called from another state told him that. He disagrees.

I know exactly what you mean. I've stayed out of the way, too. The sink wasn't that big of a problem until he started working on it.

LOL! That almost sounds like my dad, except when things do not work how he wants it to he starts throwing things and cussing. That’s when we know to stay out of his way.

No, Mom got the water turned off before it could.

We are now on Day 2 of the mission to repair the sink.
