Confusion

I just got an E-mail from Livejournal saying that my user icons would expire soon. (June 30th exactly.) Is that probably just from when I had a Paid Account? I have a Permanent Account now.

Yeah, that’s probably from your previous paid account. Actually, if you had wanted to you could’ve sent an email/request to LJ and have them to of transferred your remaining icon time to another account. But since your’s expires so soon I dunno if you would’ve wanted to go to the trouble of doing it anyway. :) I had like months left on mine, so I didn’t want the time to go to waste!

Thanks, I had wondered. The fact that it expired so soon was one of my many, many reasons for getting a Permanent Account.

Must be. I don't know why they wouldn't let us transfer extra user pics when they let us transfer extra time. I've got about 6 months of extra user pic time.

You don't know me, but I thought I'd butt in here. You can transfer your userpic time by sending an email to accounts@livejournal.com, just gotta make sure that you include the username it's going from and where you want it transferred to.

It worked fine for me.
