Freakish Weather

Last night, yet another tornado was supposed to hit. Thankfully, it didn't. But unfortunately for Perry County--in Missouri--the tornado hit them and stayed for 5 hours. That's right. It decided to make itself at home, and destroyed most of the place. (115 mph, from what I understand. Not positive on that.) Last I heard, they were still finding bodies.

That tornado is expected to come here tonight.

And then Tuesday we get snow. It's currently a very muggy 80 degrees, so we'll see if the tornado changes that.

Everyone on my Friends List that also lives in the region affected, please try to stay safe.

Was that one single tornado on the ground for five hours or did the storm cell just hang in the area for five hours? Either way, it majorly sucks (an understatement) but I had never heard of a single tornado touching down for that long.
