I would have added someone from Doctor Who, but it would seem that The Ninth Doctor, Rose, and Captain Jack have been taken. And I currently can't think of a person to write an essay for in that fandom other than them.

I really would apply for Kitty, but I haven't been reading the House of M series. I've only been reading Astonishing X-Men, so I don't know what's been going on in the rest of the Marvel Universe.

Well, all you'd really need to know would be her Astonishing characterisation, as the rest of it didn't affect her too much - but I can understand not wanting to if you're unsure on the rest of the details.

A pity, though. We've had some applications for Kitty and they've mostly been, well, abysmal.
