More From Youtube
I found a lot of Nickelodeon related episodes, and more 80’s and early 90’s shows in general. So here’s another edition of Nostalgia Central.
Sorry. I’ve had so many posts like this that it needed a name.
A clip from Wild And Crazy Kids.
Family Double Dare Intro.
And here’s an episode of Super Sloppy Double Dare. They apparently had a Miami Vice theme for this episode.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
I found an episode of What Would You Do--hosted by Marc Summers. I loved this show.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Clarissa Explains It All--the first episode.
Part 1
Part 2
And something non-Nickelodeon related--the intro to C.O.P.S.
Intro to Weird Science. The series, not the movie.
My favorite episode of Salute Your Shorts, in its entirety. Zeke The Plumber.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
The Halloween episode of Hey Dude. This was back when Nickelodeon’s Halloween episodes were actually great. If you look up everything the person that uploaded this episode has uploaded, you will find quite a few other Hey Dude episodes.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Did anyone else ever watch Mighty Max? I think the guy that looks like a weird bird was named Virgil.
Ending of Carmen Sandiego. The game show, not the cartoon. Based on a quick IMDB look, Lynne Thigpen (the show’s Chief) died in 2003 from a cerebral hemorrhage.
Commercial for a toy called Boglins. I used to have these, but I think they probably melted in the attic years ago.
Disney’s Monster Hits--Bad Moon Rising. Back when The Disney Channel actually had good shows. If you want to see any others with similar music, just look up “Disney’s Monster Hits” over at Youtube. There are quite a few others.
I remembered a cartoon from a long time ago that starred Wayne Gretsky. It was called ProStars--can’t believe I even remembered it...
Does anyone else remember Marc Summers’ Mystery Magical Special? I can’t find it on Youtube so far, but I did find an IMDB listing.
Swan’s Crossing
Madballs: The Cartoon.
A weird clip from Raggedy Ann and Andy. I think I watched this when it originally aired...at the very least, it’s familiar.
Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog--it looks like it was an interesting show, but I never watched it. It was one of the Power Ranger rip-offs, I believe. And at that point, I was mostly avoiding shows that I thought would be directed at little kids.
Swamp Thing--the cartoon. There was also a live action series that aired in reruns on the Sci-Fi Channel a long time ago. I preferred that version.
Road Rovers.
If you wonder how I think looking for a lot of these shows, it’s because I’m going through Retrojunk’s forums one page at a time--backwards.
Oh, and if there’s anything you want me to try to track down, let me know.

It was a Disney show that featured Ben Foster as Tucker James and Jewel Staite as Becca Fisher. Cutesy little eighth grade show about neighbors who shared a birthday. It only ran two seasons, I think.
Also, check on The Torkelsons. My mom and I used to watch this over and over...with Dorothy Jane or somethingerother. Also, in later episodes when they changed the title to something else, it had Brittany Murphy.
Thanks!

OH! And I always wish I had the Zeke the Plumber episode of Salute Your Shorts - that was THE best one of all of them. *misses that show*
