CNN is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith suddenly collapsed and died in a hotel room in Florida. Fox News is going wild, too. There are too many reports contradicting each other, so I don't know if it was an overdose, a heart attack, or what. If all that scrolling text is right, they'll eventually have a press conference and tell what happened.

She was 39 years old. May she rest in peace.

I find it fascinating that there's been so much fuss and I'm not really sure why she's a celebrity other than a modeling stint and some tv shows not too many people watched.

But hey. 39 is way too young.

Maybe it's because of the fact her life was worse than a soap opera? I don't know what else it could be, other than morbid fascination.
