Insanejournal Update, Plus Memes
Great news--Insanejournal is back, and no data has been lost. Squeaky did a fantastic job getting things back up and running.
Now, for a few memes. This first one was taken frommizzmarvel.
Tell me about a story I never wrote, (ie., "that story about Bart Allen with a pet chicken!" "The one about Kori becoming an Anglican!" "The one where Batman and Lois Lane save the world!") and I'll (try to) write you at least a drabble's worth of it.
Preferably not the DC fandom, though, since I seem to have drifted away from it. Fandoms I’ll accept: Doctor Who, Torchwood, Highlander, Life on Mars, and X-Men.
This next one was taken fromilyena_sylph. Let’s see if I can actually think of 20 fandoms...
a.) Post a list of 20 of fandoms.
b.) Have your friends list guess your favorite character from each one.
c.) When guessed, bold the line, include the character name, and write a sentence/paragraph about why you like that character

For now, though, I'm getting the image of a warped Indiana Jones crossover, where The Doctor and the Master and Jack go to the cave to find it, and the Master grabs the prettiest one before anyone can stop him.
Master: *drinks from the wrong cup--starts to slowly turn into a skeleton*
Doctor: I could have told you that the wooden one is the real one. *rolls eyes*
Master: NOT AGAIN! *turns to dust slowly* Don't worry, I'll be back. Eventually...
Doctor: Ten minutes, tops, for him to get back from the dead.
Jack: Nah, I'll say five.
