Nostalgia
First, I want to take a moment to everyone that recommended the shows in my last post.
Now, for some nostalgia: Who here remembers a special that aired every Halloween for years on Nickelodeon, called The Mystery Magical Special? It starred Marc Summers. Well, I’ve found three scenes from it (sadly, not the entire thing) thanks to X-Entertainment. You can find it here—a recap of the entire special is there, and at the end you should find the three scenes for download.
Some random trivia: the little girl is Shiri Appleby, and the blonde boy is Jonathan Brandis.
And over on Youtube, I found a clip from when Ernie Hudson was on The Super Mario Brothers Super Show. If anyone cares, he’s playing Winston in this brief scene. This was actually the only episode of that series that I was able to remember vividly. Cheesier (and dumber) than I remember, too.
I’ve managed to find a few scenes from Dracula: The Series, over on Youtube. In this next clip, I believe that’s the guy from Forever Knight. Geraint-Wyn Davies. I’ve also found a scene with Mia Kirshner as Sophie.
By the way, is Forever Knight worth tracking down? I’ve never seen it, and always wondered.
Also, I remember once finding a website that it told when horror movies from certain actors would air year-round. There was a section on Vincent Price, Boris Karloff, Christopher Lee, etc... Does anyone on my friends list happen to know what that site was? I mostly would like to know, so I would be able to find out what horror stuff will air around Halloween this year.

or so crossovers between Forever Knight and Highlander when I was first
discovering fanfic all those years ago.

I mostly kept finding fanfic where Richie ended up turned, rather than decapitated, I think.
*thinks*
No, that was a Kindred: The Embraced crossover. Never seen that either, but I know it occasionally pops up on the Sci-Fi Channel.

I've not written a lot of LaCroix but he's a joy to get right.

By the end of the series, I've heard it fell apart and none of the fans that I know particularly liked the series finale.
If I manage to find the series anywhere online, I'll try to stick to early seasons, in that case. Then again, I'm someone that actually liked the first Ahriman episode (it was the first episode I saw of the series) of Highlander, so you never know with me.

If you want to stick the early seasons of Forever Knight then you want the episodes when his partner is Don Schanke.

Well worth tracking down, especially when Don Schanke was Nick's partner. And I liked the last episode, it was just completely and utterly depressing. The entire episode was full of depressing things. The whole mood was different from all other episodes.

Let me echo the others: the first two seasons are cheesy fun in a Highlander kind of way, with some fairly solidly written shows in between. Interesting characters, interesting situations...plus Canadian Actor Bingo FtW. \0/
Last season...I remain meh about it. That said, I actually didn't mind how the final episode ended, because I thought it was very much in character for everyone.
