Spook Me Prompts

I just got my prompts for the spook_me ficathon. The creature is: Reptile. The two title prompts are Island of Terror, and Cauldron of Blood. I only have to use one, but I'll probably try to work all three in.

No idea on what the plot will be (throw me ideas, if you happen to think of one) but the fandom will definitely be Doctor Who.

In other news, Comcast seems to be having a few leftover issues after that tropical storm on Sunday. Since today the internet's been spotty.

Doctor Who fandom? You can do so much using all three.

A race of reptile aliens that inhabit an island and like to eat young fleshy creatures. Young fleshy creature to be put in cauldron of blood (and either eaten or saved heroically) may include practically anyone who has ridden in the TARDIS.

It certainly sounds better than the only thing I could come up with, so thank you for that one.

The idea I had? The Carrionites accidentally get released, and one of the Doctor's former companions (either Donna, Martha, or Jack)is in danger of being turned into a reptile of some sort (a newt? they would get better eventually)--eventually being used as part of a spell that also involves a cauldron full of blood.

The Carrionites are hiding on Islandesque--a planet with one tiny island, and the rest is uninhabitable.

Not the best plot, huh?

Carrionites didn't even register with me. Since I don't think reptile when I see them, I think witch naturally, and that isn't your creature :P And nothing said that the reptiles had to be earth bound ones, right?

And I can't believe I missed the sign up for this....
