Spyware Doctor vs. Webroot...Spyware Doctor's Winning

It seems that Spyware Doctor thinks that Webroot is a Trojan. It's not, though. Every time we run a scan with Spyware Doctor, it says the .dll part of something in Webroot (that it needs to run at all) is a Trojan that is dangerous.

When that happens, Dad is then forced to reinstall it. Anyone know how to convince Spyware Doctor that Webroot is a good thing?

There should be an exceptions list that you can edit so that SD ignores the files. Most anti-virus and firewall products have a way for you to enter "safe" or "allowed" programs.
