The other day, when I was looking for pictures of Donna via Google (for the cliff meme) I stumbled across this drawing called Why I Love Donna Noble. Very funny.

Did Google Street View spot ghosts in Cardiff? You decide. I read somewhere that someone thought the ghost-like figure looked like Mary Poppins. I don’t see it. It sort of does kind of look like the ghost has Tom Baker’s hair. I particularly loved the comments over at Io9.

You know...I like to believe that "something" exists after we die, but I don't think I can buy into the concept of "ghosts" in the way people generally class them. I think if there were "ghosts" or some form of afterlife existence, it wouldn't be getting caught on camera.

That's definitely true. They certainly wouldn't look like the Cybermen fake ghosts, with a coat and hat apparently thrown over them.

And that area looks more like the set of Torchwood--the spot where the little elevator is.
