Oh, I think I just love urban legends in general. I used to have all of Jan Harold Brunvand's urban legend books, like The Vanishing Hitchhiker, The Choking Doberman, and Curses--Broiled Again.
And to answer the second question--no, never been fooled by them--however, I think I used to know someone that believed the Kentucky Fried Rat urban legend.
In other news, everyone that's in the path of the awful weather, and who happens to be on my friends list? Try to stay safe.
