My username iscalliopes_pen, because I have been obsessed with Greek mythology since I was 2. I was trying to think of something related to that that wouldn’t be too long for LJ. Calliope works. And since I like to write, I added pen to the end. It was originally faith_of_borg, but I had to change that since I wasn’t as interested in Star Trek anymore, and I never liked Faith from Buffy. At the time, though, it was all I could come up with.
2. My name is ______ because ______.
My name is Rachel because my Mom switched names with the lady in the next bed right after I was born. She had planned to name me Lacey. The lady in the next bed planned to name her daughter Rachel. Mom liked the name Rachel better than Lacey, and vice versa for the lady in the next bed. So they switched names.
3. My journal is titled ____ because ____.
My journal is titled The Journal of Anna1, because over on TrekBBS, that was my username. When I registered as faith_of_borg over here, I didn’t want people from there to get confused. Anna1 was a case where every other name I wanted was taken, and I threw that in--and it actually went through.
4. My friends page is called ____ because ____.
My friends page is called Not Evil, Just A Wicca Girl because that’s how the Tara layout was made. I liked it. No idea how long I’ve had this layout, but eventually I might change it to something Doctor Who related.

because it has my username on it, and because I like Tara. bigsciencybrain made it, and I love it. Need one Doctor Who related with my username on it, so that’s gone to the Holiday Wishes Meme.
