Some people apparently want William Shatner to become the governor general in Canada. I can almost see him trying to do that, and it just seems weird—funny, though. Meanwhile, Leonard Nimoy is retiring from acting.

There’s a strange black goo floating around the Alaskan coast. And it’s reportedly alive...and 12 miles long. People have already brought up the X-Files, Stargate, and Star Trek. I say Spider-Man, since the black stuff reminds me of the alien costume. That, or something the Master would do out of boredom to get the Doctor’s attention.
Remember the American version of Torchwood that was supposedly going to end up on Fox? Fox rejected it. They actually did something right.
