I can’t pick just one person. So here’s my list:

-Ray Stantz.
-Methos
-The Doctor. Not sure of the incarnation, though—maybe the Eighth or Tenth.
-Daniel Jackson--during a not dead period of time. He's bound to have a day where he doesn't die sooner or later, right?
-Willow Rosenberg
-Wednesday Addams
-Doc from Back to the Future
-Wesley Wyndham-Price
-Martha Jones
-Merlin--so long as he wasn’t stuck in the stocks again, or cleaning the stables on that day.
-Donna Noble.

Those would be some interesting conversations. Seems like I'm picking the geeky and fun ones. Or a scary one, like Wednesday.

Gozer probably isn't a good idea. Because you'd slip up at some point, say you weren't a god, and get zapped off the top of a building. Besides, what would you say to it? How’s it feel being a demigod that destroys worlds?

The Master is right out, because you would probably accidentally become an accomplice to murder within the first 30 minutes of being around him. Or, as seandc pointed out, I might accidentally annoy him and become a statistic for him.
