Buffy flavored soda is on sale now. I suspect the only flavor I would be able to drink if I actually bought it would be Dawn’s A Centaur Root Beer. Since the Giles drink reportedly has mango and passion fruit in it, it would kill me. It’s only available in the United States and Canada. whedonesque discusses it here.

And now, I have a serious question for everyone. My sister just had eye surgery. It's a regular thing with her, and was to reduce pressure this time, I believe. She’s not supposed to have her head lower than her heart, so she can’t bend over. Does anyone know how she would be able to wash her hair without doing that? Bending over forwards, or slightly backwards would not work. I don’t think doing it in the shower would work, since she would have to bend over a bit. Suggestions? It’s either figure something out, or have her go with unwashed hair for the next month.

ETA: Solved! At the other house, there's a different kind of shower spray. And the chair fits in that tub, without her having to lean over.

Can't someone wash her hair for her in the chair so she doesn't have to bend over.

I thought of that at one point. But apparently, she would still have to bend over to get it washed in the shower, while sitting in a chair. I'll wait until they've actually made it back (they're somewhere between here and Memphis, since her doctor is there--4 hour trip) to confirm, but I think that's what Dad said. He would have to find a better chair.

From what I remember of that awful little chair when I tried it once after getting out of the hospital, you have to scoot into the worst position and bend over a little, given how odd our shower is.

If we try at the sink, the sink's high, so she would have to bend over.

Would sitting in a bath seat/stool under the shower spray work? She should be able to let the water flow through her hair without bending her head.

though any waterproof seat that's stable and fits will do. Thrift shops often have them.

Now that thing looks like a better option. It might also be able to fit in our shower. The one Dad brought over a couple years back and tested out was bulky and horrible, and made it where you had to scrunch to the side to fit in, and bend over a lot.
