It’s really happening: Warner Brothers is rebooting Buffy without Joss Whedon, the cast or the characters from the series. And then read Joss’ funny reaction to the news. whedonesque discusses the news here, here, and here. The news doesn’t really bother me that much, since I doubt it will be that successful.

Ingrid Pitt has passed away, at the age of 73. She was most famous for her roles in various Hammer horror movies. She was also in the Doctor Who episodes The Time Monster (as Galleia) and Warriors of the Deep (as Solow), along with co-writing The Macros. May she rest in peace.
