I'm not quite sure where he was from, except that I recognized him. Light brown hair and a goatee, for what it's worth.

Yes, that's the guy from The Zeppo. In that episode he walked around with a big knife, and was just very creepy.

Annabelle was one of the first Potentials to arrive at Buffy's house. After the first day or so, she freaked out ran away, and was killed by an Ubervampire. She really didn't last long.
