Snap, in this context means "I got the same"...

It's from a card game, it may or may not be playable with regular cards, I had some old children's cards growing up, but to play the people playing each put a card down at a time, and when a card matches the one put down before it, the person to yell "Snap!" and slaps their hand down on the pile gets those cards. Person with the most cards when someone else runs out wins.
