X-Journal Related, And More...

Due to the fact that the X-Journal poll ended in a three-way tie, I decided to pick the best idea for a character out of Karma, Nocturne, and Pixie. So I’ve picked Nocturne, and I'll likely apply for her sometime in the middle of next month, after I've finished my fanfics.

I also figured out a ton of possibilities for the PB choice. I've narrowed it down to five choices, and they have all been altered and given blue skin and yellowish eyes thanks to Ulead.

In weather related news, the last I heard the death count after the tornadoes (for all three states) was 52. In the aftermath here, at least, the temperature has gone down to 39 degrees. It was 70 yesterday.

Okay, let's see...Tina Majorino was Mac on Veronica Mars. She's in the icon I'm using right now.

Natalie Dormer is on The Tudors, I believe. Caroline Dhavernas was Jaye on Wonderfalls--the girl who had inanimate objects talking to her. I've heard that Lauren Ambrose was on Six Feet Under.

Actually, the only ones I've actually seen of those are seasons 1 and 2 of Veronica Mars (quit during season 3, when it went downhill)--the only thing I liked about it was Mac.

And I think I saw part of the first episode of Wonderfalls. I might eventually give it another shot.

Natalie Dormer fits the look Nocturne developed in New Excalibur, but Summer Glau looks more like she did in Exiles. Depends on which comic look you're going for, really.

Until you mentioned that, I don't think I noticed just how well they worked for the two different versions. You're right, though. I'm really going for a mix of the two, since it's set in the movieverse. One of those two would definitely work best.
