The 7 Worst Comic Book Resurrection Stories Ever.
Tom Hardy has been cast in the third Batman movie. No word as to what character it is, though.
Rhys Ifans will be playing Curt Connors.
Jezebel remembers Strawberry Shortcake, as the character turns 30 years old. Meaning I was a 1 year old when the original cartoon came out. I read through the comments, and I see that at least one other person remembers Rose Petal Place.
When it comes to Yuletide fandom nominations, I was briefly tempted to add Mr. Boogedy or My Best Friend Is A Vampire. I don’t know if enough people have even seen those, though. They might be too obscure.
ETA: Whatever person nominated Snow White: A Tale of Terror? I'm quite happy, since I loved that movie. I'm also amused by the fact someone is trying to sneak in the original Buffy movie. And I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that Highlander: The Series is actually allowed.
The ones I nominated were Ghostbusters, Real Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, the remake of Dark Shadows, Randall and Hopkirk Deceased (2000 series), and The Librarian series of movies. When it comes to that last one, there is a distinct lack of fanfic.
ETA 2: And so I don't lose track of the link, here's the page for the fandoms nominated so far. As of 3:10 CST, it's hit 2733 fandoms.

Didn't sign up last year, because Spider-Man fandom wasn't allowed anymore. Thinking that maybe this year we'll be luckier, since they're going on the amount of fanfic at the site, and there really aren't that many Spidey fics out there.
