Today was Regis Philbin’s last day on Live With Regis And Kelly. Since both VCR’s didn’t tape it thanks to something Dad did, I’ve been collecting chunks of the episode online for Mom. While I haven’t found the clip of him finally telling the tale of the disastrous honeymoon, I have found the incredible tribute from the cast of Rent, his farewell at the end, and Kelly’s tearful speech. They won't be able to replace that man.

I watched Regis this morning, too. I'll miss him; though thankfully, he's someone I'll miss who's still alive.

Agreed 110%. I think I've watched him since he had his show on Lifetime, when I was maybe 2 or 3--possibly before it was Lifetime, now that I think of it. *checks Wikipedia* Yes, 1984, when he was hosting Regis Philbin's Lifestyles. So 27 years of watching his stuff.
