Regis Philbin passed away Friday night, at the age of 88, reportedly from natural causes. May he rest in peace. In one month, he would have turned 89.

I loved watching his show every morning for years. I only watched Who Wants To Be A Millionaire when he was the host. I remember that in 2004, he set a Guinness World Record for most number of hours spent on camera. He, as well as the wonderful stories he always told, will be forever missed.

My thoughts go out to his family, his friends, and to everyone who loved him.

Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away, at the age of 54. He suffered a heart attack in July, from which he never fully recovered. May he rest in peace. He was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for his role in The Green Mile. I remember him best as The Kingpin, in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, having apparently never seen anything live action that he has appeared in.

Today was Regis Philbin’s last day on Live With Regis And Kelly. Since both VCR’s didn’t tape it thanks to something Dad did, I’ve been collecting chunks of the episode online for Mom. While I haven’t found the clip of him finally telling the tale of the disastrous honeymoon, I have found the incredible tribute from the cast of Rent, his farewell at the end, and Kelly’s tearful speech. They won't be able to replace that man.
