Taken from several people on my friends list:

1) Make a list of fifteen characters first, and keep it to yourself for the moment.

2) Ask your f-list to post questions in the comments. For example: "One, nine, and fifteen are chosen by a prophecy to save the world from four. Do they succeed?", "Under what circumstances might five and fourteen fall in love?", "Which character on the list would you most want on your side in a zombie invasion?"

3) After your f-list has stopped asking questions, round them up and answer them using the fifteen characters you selected beforehand, then post them.

7, 15 and 3 wake up in a jail cell with no memory of how they got there. What happened/what happens next?

Let's see:

3 and 7 are recruited by 14 for a secret mission. Do they succeed in defeating 10's attempt to co-opt their target, or do they join forces with 10 to take down 14 instead?

9 has been imprisoned in a presumably escape-proof facility. Will 4 recruit 6 or 13 to help orchestrate 9's escape, and how do they pull it off?

A classic: 1, 2, and 11 form a band. What's their musical niche, and do they play for tips in scruffy pubs and coffeehouses, hit it big and score a huge recording contract and a world tour, or become cult favorites on the indie circuit?

8 is trapped somewhere and injured and 12 is the only one who can help them. If the two are eventually rescued, is the rescue more likely to come from 5 or 2?

12, 13, 14 and 15 are zapped into your home town by aliens/magic/a-big-swirling-portal. How do they react? Who freaks out? Who makes nice with the natives? Who isn't bothered at all?

4, 5, 9, and 12 get involved in the infamous "Kirk vs. Picard" debate. Who takes whose side, and why? What is the outcome? Is there bloodshed, or apathy? Will anyone stick up for Janeway (or whomever)?

13 must describe 8 in three words. What are they?

I always love this meme.

4 and 8 swap places, Quantum Leap style (everybody else sees the original person) and are told they have to fix the other person's greatest on-screen (or page/panel) mistake in order to return home. But they're not told what it is, just that they've arrived the same day. How do they get along and what butterfly effects for the universe spawn out of their decisions?.
