Fannish Items of Interest
Eureka has been renewed for a 5th season.
The cast for the newest season of Dancing With The Stars will be revealed on August 30th, at a live press conference that takes place during an episode of Bachelor Pad. All I know is that if a couple of the rumors are true, (The Situation being cast was one of them, I remember hearing) I won’t be watching. I’ll find out who was cast the next morning, since there is no way I’m watching Bachelor Pad.
In Russia, someone started a cult dedicated to worshiping Gadget Hackwrench from Rescue Rangers.
Batman robbed a Taco Bell drive-thru. No money was taken, just food.
Starz released character profiles and a series synopsis for the new season of Torchwood.
More people may have been cast for X-Men: First Class. Maybe. At this point, it seems like it’s more rumor than anything else, given the fact that yet another person was supposedly cast as Emma Frost. This time, it’s January Jones.
Geeky Wedding Invitations. The zombie wedding invitations are my favorite, with the Browncoat wedding (complete with autographs from Joss Whedon and Nathan Fillion) a very close second.
