Help Remembering A Show

A few minutes ago, I remembered a show I used to watch on Nickelodeon. I want to look it up through IMDB, but I can't think of the name. It involved a school bully, who sent some poor nerd up the flag pole. The bully sees a bum in an alley, and the bum transforms him into a dog. He's trapped as a dog--and the nerd he tormented is his master. And the only one who can understand him when he talks. (Everyone else hears it as barking.)

And he must do a certain number of good deeds before he can become human again.

Does anyone remember the name of this show?

I have a feeling that the dog/bully's name may have been Eddie. I could be wrong.

Layout Change

I just changed my layout. Let me know if anyone sees any problems now that I've changed it. I found this at btvsats_layouts. amavel_bel made it. I'll go credit it on my user info page in a few minutes. (I still have the coding saved if I ever want to change back to the Not Fade Away layout, though.)

Computer Insanity

Ever since Dad fixed the computer, we've been having strange things happen to the computer.

1. Random pop-ups every few minutes. (Dad saw a few porn ones pop up while he was on the computer.)
2. The desktop icons would rearrange themselves every few minutes.
3. An icon would suddenly appear on the desktop. Something to do with a poker website. I would delete it, and it reappeared 30 minutes later.

All this was conspiring to drive Dad insane. It was a slight annoyance for me.

Dad reinstalled our firewall, and everything has stopped. No more pop-ups, sudden icons, or random moving of things.

We figured out what was happening--the computer was being hacked (or whatever it's called.). I really hope that doesn't happen again.

ETA: Well, I was half right. Although, the strange Poker website is suddenly back. So it's not a hacker on that part.
